You may fax the registration form to 913-381-6082 using a credit card for payment or just register on line.
Telephone Registration
(at the $65.00 rate) may be made by calling 913-341-5627 Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Your place at any program cannot be guaranteed without preregistration and prepayment.
Confirmation
of advance resistration will not be sent. You will, however, be notified of cancellation.
Fees
of $65.00 per seminar ($70.00) at the door) include instructional cost, educaitonal materials, and refreshment breaks. Lunch in not included.
Transfer
of your registration to another site or to another person may be made within this series of semninars if you are uable to attend a conference.
Cancellation
of a seminar may be necessary due to inclement weather or insufficient enrolllmant. If the weather seems questionable to you the morning of the seminar, please check with the site of the meeting. A full refund will be made in the event of cancellation.
Policies
Refunds will be made upon receipt of a written request 10 days prior to the seeminaqr. There will be a non-refudable $10.00 administration fee.
Children may not attend seminars.
There will be a $15.00 fee for all returned checks.
